Character: Sid Vicious (Simon John Ritchie) (1957 - 1979)

Sid Vicious was a bass player in the influential band named Sex Pistols. He could have a good career because audience really liked that band and he was a symbol and an ace to make a n unforgettable performance. Soon after he joined the band he met an Americannarcomaniac girl named Nancy Spungen ,they have developed very close relationships between each other and she became even more important for him than his band. Over time she made a gap between him and Sex Pistols bigger and bigger,she didn't let him go to concert tours and practice events. NancySpungen made him a heroin(cocaine,cannabis) -addicted person,and made him to focus only on herself.One night they had a conflict and Sid has jabbed her with a knife by an accident(under the influence of heroin). NancySpungen has died during that night because of a huge loss of blood. In the early morning Sid Vicious found the corpse of his girlfriend between the entrance to the toilet and the bedroom,he has called 911 by himself and was arrested for a murder case crime. Later, the Record Company has paid a pledge for his freedom and he went out of jail.On the evening of Febraury 1st 1979 Sid Vicious was released from jail and the same evening he went to party to celebrate his freedom, at that night he took heroin again and was found dead in his bed in the early morning. He had overdosed.... It was an evil love that he had with NancySpungen,and that love took everything from him,even his life,love kills...

Mix

I will tell things that happend to me during the weekend and first 2 days of a school week...so i called it MIX. This weekend wasn't as hectic as last one, i just did my homework and learned how to play some fragments from Metallica's - Master of Puppets, The Eagles - Hotel California(Acoustic) and Zhang Zhen Yue's - Lu kou (just intro). I wonder how i am going to pass over 3 provincials at the same time, i am trying to study some of math,social,english and physics every day but it gets mixed up in my head. Ms.Yu, what is best way to prepare for provincials? How?

Today we have watched ''The City of Ember'' movie that was based on the book that was written by Jeanne DuPrau. It has a connection with ''The Lottery'' short story and has elements of society and civilization in it. ''The Builders'' thought that the world was becoming to negative (abundance of technology,nuclear war etc.) so they have build ''The City of Ember'' under the ground, so people have a safe sanctuary,to hide from the upcoming radition. All in all they have reproduced society(traditions,values) by giving each old person a baby and sending them there, so old people would tell them about how they should live. It was a quite exciting strory so i am not surprised that ''The City of Ember'' book has received a Mark Twain Award in 2006.

Traditions(May 9th)

May 9th is a very important date in Russian calendar(probably for other Slovenian folks it is important too). May 9th is an official day of victory over Fascism(Nazism). Hitler's army was defended earlier than May 9th, but May 9th was a day when the last Fascist soldiers were kicked out of Czech Republic,it was a day when none of their soldiers were left at our lands. May 9th is a Victory Day and also a big tradition because we are paying respect to the veterans and we are showing that we still remember that heroic thing that they have done.

I don't feel good this whole week, i didn't go to school at Tuesday and today. Yesterday i ate some dumplings for dinner,and this morning i felt HORRIBLE, i through up with those dumplings and stood in bed for almost the whole day. Feels terrible....cold....frustrated...disgusted....

The Vocabulary Story


We probably live on the most conspicuous planet in our galaxy. Billions of humans inhabiting the Earth, they are doing all kinds of actions every single second – showing their affection, appealing for help, clasping a thief that is trying to escape with somebody's bag, declaring about their love, performing their eloquent speech , exhibiting their masterpieces, taking a ferry to another bank of the river. Everybody are trying to get their pedestal in life to stand on. If we want to become something more than consumers, we should unveil our talents and wants. We can reach very lofty level and sink in the poverty even easier, also if we reach a high rank in life we should contribute to those who helped us to get there. Some people have to become immigrants because they are persecuted by their own countries. In this school there are both people that I admire and those who annoy me. In my dormitory there are some people who just killing me by their behavior. They keep playing their "Warcraft" campaigns until early morning and I can hardly get asleep, I told them to do it in another room or turn off the sound, but instead of degrading themselves they keep being arrogant and violate dormitory rules. I tried to boycott them but it became even worse, they started to eat and drink while playing and all the sticky garbage stays on the desk and floor. Trying to detain them from falling into that virtual hole I didn't get any result, and they didn't extend any apologies to me. Even when they knew that they have custody over the tidiness of the room they vacated it in a supreme dirtiness. Finally every game-lover in our dormitory has integrated with everybody and there are times when our 9 meter length and 4 meter width room is overfilled with 6 to 10 people. By telling them that there are more minuses in that 24 hour gaming then pluses and segregating them I didn't get any triumph. Verdict: It is better to live alone or with parents, if don't want your parents to visit your bury ceremony.

Poster Presentation

Last week we had a poster presentation, we had a group of three people and we got Alliteration, Assonnance and Consonance topic. Max made up very creative name for the poster so we got some pluses for that.:) I wasn't very confident - as always so it made a big minus, Max Guo did a very good job but i don't think it is a maximum of is perfomance.:) I appreciate Soul's skipping because we got more points than we shoul get.:) Thank you Soul....MOAHAHAHAHAHAA

Annoying Weather

In my opinion the weather in China is very strange. From Febraury 17th evening to Feb 18th morning there was snow falling down. From November to January there was no such a snowy day like today and yesterday,but i was waiting for it and wear my winter boots every single day! But when i came back from the holiday i thought that there would be just no way for any snowflakes falling down) So for this week i have only my Nike sneakers! Chinese weather is just fooling me for 2 years already! AAAAAARRRRGHHH

Introductional Text

I came to China at 2007 and i went to my first Canadian international school in Suzhou.In my international dorm i had a lot Korean guys so i can speak a little bit Korean.I have been to a lot of countries so i can say that i like traveling,also i like sports such as badminton and table tennis.My keen interest in sport made me to go to some events at Olympic Games.When i was at Canadian curriculum schools i was living in the dormitories,so i had roommates of different nationalities,actually i could never imagine that i would study in an international school.I like to play guitar and i care about my musical skill improvement.I really like music so me and some guys in school want to make a band. :)
